This program provides income opportunities for refugees, connects them to their cultural heritage, and aids integration into their new communities. Farming offers pathway for refugees by fostering self-reliance, improving mental health, and enhancing food security. Our expectations rely on transitioning farmers (incubator farming) with affordable access to land, infrastructure, offering mentorship, technical assistance, market access, reducing the barriers to entry for sustainable farming and training to launch or expand their agricultural businesses.

2.Refugees English literacy Coaching
Refugees English Literacy coaching facilitates rapid community integration, economic self- sufficiency, enables refugees to navigate new environments, secures employment, and build social connections. this program reduces isolation, fosters self-advocacy in legal or medical settings, reduces reliance on public assistance.

Support Refugees' needed services.
Supporting refugees with needed services such as job training, computer skills and training enrolments, accelerates their self-sufficiency, fosters economic growth through workforce contributions, and enhances social cohesion. Targeted support helps refugees overcome trauma, achieve financial independence and and contributes to their new communities, benefiting both the newcomers and host communities.
